Excellent base for 4 nights with very very nice staff at the reception desk. Modern, airy room with a separate bathroom and a hair dryer, bathrobes, and a shower cap. Fab and fabulous meals. Very central location in the Basque area in Northern Spain. Also - near Close to the boulevards.

They upgraded me to an a nice size and brand-new room with a panoramic view of the bay. The bed was very clean, used a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. The location was incredible and ideal for San Sebastian, really close to the beach and the promenade, and the Old Town and the main beach.

I really enjoyed this pleasant hotel, it did not disappoint. Had 2 nights in San Sebastian, spending my time here lovely. I had a spotless and updated room with a modern style bathroom.

Had 3 days in San Sebastian, spending our time here lovely. Everything was good, nonetheless a few employees were not particularly friendly. The breakfast was good and well presented with hot croissants and alternative sandwich, for instance. The location was marvellous because it was right by a short stroll to Old Town bars, all the tapas bars and the boardwalk at La Concha.

Pleasant property, has polite and courteous staff at the reception desk. A personal safe, climate control, and a mini-bar in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent view of the beach from the window. All in all great and fab location, near the sea as well as a short stroll to Old Town bars. Nearby La Taberna de Blas - great place to chill out.
